I know how you feel! Transitioning to fall is so overwhelming, especially when you’re involved in academia. I have a feeling many of us will be backing off, and I’m glad you have the courage to recognize what you need and just do it. If you do have some random free time though, hit me up for shopping/juice/lunch/coffee/walking around… would love to see you soon!

Oh Sad face!!! However, I love that you understand that your schedule is demanding and things have to change, versus getting overwhelmed trying to do it all. So yes you will be missed, but you are inspiring for doing all that you do! <3

$5 is the student rate at Yoga Vida near Union Sq. It’s $10 for non-students. Some of the teachers are eh but there is one that I LOVE! If you ever want to join me for a class let me know!
